PRIVATE SESSION

The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body. Suitable for beginners/ pregnancy /postnatal and mother and baby.

PREGNANCY YOGA

A 45 minute relaxing flow to move your body during pregnancy and prepare your body and mind for birth.
Meet other mums to be in a friendly, relaxed small class environment.
Mondays 7.45pm to 8.30pm pre book via the link below.
Please bring a mat and water.

Specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and mother and baby yoga.
